This form must be filled out when requesting a digital resource. Preapprovals must be approved before purchase, installation, or usage. Submission does not guarantee approval. If approved, the time to acquire and install will vary case-by-case. Preapprovals submitted with incomplete information will delay the decision-making process and may require resubmission.
By filling out this form you confirm that the requested resource is NOT on the list of DENIED RESOURCES. Additionally, you confirm that you have investigated and determined that this resource does not compete with a currently provided resource and that it aligns with the curriculum and the four big rocks. You also confirm that no currently provided resource will meet your needs.
